Terms of Service

By using FakePhone (fakephone.dev) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

FakePhone is a free tool that generates random, fake phone numbers for use as example or placeholder data. It is provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability or fitness for any particular purpose.

Acceptable use

The generated numbers are dummy data. You may use them for legitimate purposes such as:

• Testing forms, apps, and validation logic
• Seed data for databases and demo environments
• Documentation, tutorials, screenshots, and UI mockups

You may not use FakePhone or its output to:

• Impersonate a real person or organization
• Commit fraud, harassment, or any unlawful activity
• Evade a phone verification you are required to complete
• Harm, harass, or deceive anyone who may be reachable at a similar real number

No warranty

Numbers are randomly generated to look like real phone numbers. They are not guaranteed to be unassigned, valid, or reserved, and they cannot receive calls, SMS, or OTP codes. Any resemblance to a real, assigned number is coincidental. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FakePhone and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its output. You use the tool at your own risk.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to or include third-party services (such as analytics or advertising). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
